Cornerstone Arts Education LLC was created by an art teacher to provide a high quality, visual arts education to New York City students. The curriculum is designed to include all the resources needed to implement a complete visual arts program from scratch, or to elevate an existing program through high quality lessons and resources:

-Detailed visual arts lessons aligned with state standards

-Presentations and video demonstrations tailor made to support each lesson

-Online support for teachers to ensure successful lesson delivery

-Optional supply bundles that provide the right materials and avoid wasted resources

-Units designed in modular sections to provide flexibility across different schedules and accommodate teacher innovation

-Curriculum that celebrates and reflects the rich cultural diversity of New York City through art

Each year’s curriculum builds on the year before, so that students have true continuity of learning, whether they have the same teacher or a new teacher each year. Cornerstone’s mission is to support students and teachers by providing a complete package of resources for schools wishing to offer a rich and diverse education in the visual arts.
